When I need help, who should I contact: Customer Service or Technical Support?

Customer Service handles questions about purchasing, returns, refunds, shipping, registration, unlock codes, and any other questions about your order that come up during the ordering, registration, and installation of your product.

Technical Support handles any questions about your SignatureCAD product that come up after the registration and installation of the product.

How can I reach Technical Support?

SignatureCAD offers free technical support by phone or email to all registered users of their products. We'll try to reply to all emails within 3 business days, but usually we can respond on the same day.

How do I order online?

To order online, go to the SignatureCAD Store, select the product you want, fill out the checkout form, verify the information, and click the "Place Order" button. We will get authorization to charge your credit card, and you'll get a receipt (both online and by e-mail) with an order number. You can print or save the receipt for your records. The products will be shipped to the shipping address you provide.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept these credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

All online credit card sales are kept secure by SSL technology, the most secure encryption technology currently available for electronic transactions. Credit card authorization and charges are managed through CyberSource for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We use the same credit card networks that retail stores use when you make a credit card purchase in person.

My credit card information was not accepted. What can I do?

For proper credit card verification, the billing address on your order must match the billing address on your credit card. Please make sure that your name and address appears exactly the same as the name on your credit card billing statement.

If you are using a corporate card, check with the cardholder or your Accounting department to verify the name and billing address of the cardholder. Corporate card orders must also use the name of the cardholder in the billing address, and not the purchaser, in order to process the order successfully.

Remember that your credit card will not be charged until the product is actually shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax on all purchases of physical shipments of our software within the state of California as required by state law. All download-only sales are tax free.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer a number of different domestic and international shipping options through FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service.
